About the Department
The Department of English, established in 1990, has been a central pillar of academic instruction since its inception. Over the years, the department has grown into an efficient unit supported by committed and dynamic faculty members.
The department focuses on developing students’ aesthetic appreciation of language along with effective communication skills. Faculty members actively contribute to various institutional committees and student clubs.
Modern teaching–learning methodologies integrated with ICT tools are adopted to enhance engagement, provide access to diverse resources, and promote an interactive learning environment.
